Meadowlands is an annual community event designed to build a united, collaborative, and equitable cannabis industry in California.
Our annual flagship retreat, Meadowlands, is back for 2024! We are looking forward to heading back to Camp Navarro in Northern California. A two and a half hour drive from San Francisco and a mere 8 mile drive from the Mendocino Coast, Camp Navarro is located on 200 acres of towering redwood forests in Navarro, CA.
This cannabis industry gathering brings together like-minded operators, entrepreneurs, decision-makers, investors, state regulators and other professionals. Group ticket packages and sponsorships with tickets included are available. Email events@getmeadow.com for more information.
Our 2-day and 3-day tickets to Camp Navarro are an all-inclusive weekend pass for the weekend, with access from Thursday, Sept. 28 at 2pm until Sunday, Oct. 1 at 2pm, including:
- Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus drinks, snacks and munchies
- Interactive programming and workshops
- Entertainment & wellness activities
- Nightly s’mores over the bonfire
- Space to pitch your own tent (or choose from lodging upgrades at checkout)
*COVID-19 Safety:Â The outdoor venue is within 200 acres of redwoods so there’s plenty of space to spread out. While we are not requiring proof of vaccination or negative COVID tests; we strongly encourage to self test before attending the event.
Please note:Â There will be absolutely no sales or commercial activity at this event. However, personal consumption is allowed and encouraged.
If you don’t purchase a lodging upgrade, you’ll need to bring your own tent & bedding.
We encourage guests to carpool to camp; please visit our DIY Ride Share to offer rides or find a lift.
Meadowlands is powered by Meadow: A connected suite of POS, delivery, marketing, inventory management and more to help dispensaries thrive in California. We’re proud to bring together our likeminded allies from across the California cannabis supply chain to help envision a more collaborative, equitable and sustainable industry for all of us.
Get 2 free tickets to Meadowlands upon a successful referral and launch of a dispensary utilizing Meadow’s software! Please have the dispensary fill out a demo request on getmeadow.com and list you as a referral.
Need more information? Interested in sponsoring the event? Contact events@getmeadow.com with any remaining questions.
Please note: This is an event for professionals in the cannabis industry. We reserve the right to refund your ticket if you are not an active member of our community.
