High Times Cannabis Cup & Cannabiz Awards Puerto Rico 2026

Puerto Rico Takes Center Stage — One Night, A New Chapter

The legendary High Times Cannabis Cup comes to Puerto Rico for the first time, joining the island’s Cannabiz Awards for a major celebration of cannabis excellence, innovation, and community.

Taking place on December 5, 2026, at Cuartel de Ballajá in Old San Juan, this special event celebrates ten years of Puerto Rico’s medical cannabis industry and brings together cultivators, brands, innovators, cannabis professionals, and industry leaders.

The Cannabis Cup and Cannabiz Awards

The event brings two major competitions together for one evening.

High Times Cannabis Cup: An expert-judged competition recognizing excellence across cannabis product categories.

Cannabiz Awards: Puerto Rico’s own industry awards celebrating achievements, innovation, and contributions across the local cannabis sector.

Competition categories highlighted by the organizers include flower, concentrates and vapes, edibles and wellness, industry awards, brand and innovation, and community.

Live Entertainment and Puerto Rican Culture

Beyond the awards and competition, guests can experience an evening of live music, entertainment, Puerto Rican culture, immersive brand activations, and opportunities to connect with the cannabis community.

The celebration is designed to honor the people who have helped shape Puerto Rico’s medical cannabis industry while looking ahead to its next chapter.

Industry Networking and Brand Experiences

Connect with cultivators, cannabis brands, entrepreneurs, innovators, and professionals from Puerto Rico and beyond. Explore brand experiences, celebrate industry achievements, and build relationships with people contributing to the sector’s development.
