The 2027 SUNY Cannabis Conference is an education-first cannabis industry event hosted by SUNY Niagara Community College. Designed to connect Western New York’s cannabis businesses with education, professional development, and workforce opportunities, the conference brings together licensed operators, cultivators, processors, dispensary leaders, vendors, educators, and other industry participants.

The two-day program features two distinct experiences across two venues.

Culinary Day — January 11, 2027
Hosted at Niagara Falls Culinary Institute, Culinary Day features culinary demonstrations by chefs and industry experts, a multi-course dinner prepared by culinary students, mocktail-hour networking, and opportunities to connect with approximately 150 industry attendees.

Main Conference Day — January 12, 2027
Held at SUNY Niagara’s Sanborn Campus, the main conference features two educational tracks, a vendor expo floor with 50+ industry vendors, a cannabis industry job fair, and networking opportunities. The event is designed to serve 300+ attendees and support education, business relationships, and workforce development in New York’s cannabis industry.
