The Mid-Atlantic Cannabinoid Research Collaborative (MACRC) Annual Conference 2026 will take place November 6–8, 2026, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, bringing together researchers, clinicians, trainees, educators, policymakers, advocates, and industry leaders working across the cannabinoid science field.
Hosted by Dr. Sara Jane Ward, the conference focuses on “Translating Basic Science Into Clinical Practice” and features the scientific theme “New Frontiers in Cannabinoid Science.” The program explores emerging cannabinoid research across women’s health, gastrointestinal disorders, metabolic disease, infection, cancer, cannabis policy, and drug development strategies. The conference provides an opportunity to share new research findings, learn from invited experts, connect with colleagues, and examine the translation of cannabinoid science into clinical and real-world applications. Registration and abstract submission are currently open. ICRS
A special Saturday session, “Cannabis in PA: From Research to Real Life,” is scheduled for November 7 from 11:30 AM–2:45 PM, connecting research with clinical care, pharmacy, advocacy, education, business, addiction research, and the broader Pennsylvania community.
